.... so familiar, her pride cast shadows upon her humility.
Majestic beauty in a mirror caused her eyes to only see perfection.
Dozens came for her enchantment.
None was able to impress her.
Colder and darker became her assessment.
She demanded the rare red flower.
It gleamed brightly from the mountain.
Stone and rocks, a trail to certain death.
Then after months had passed a noble man named Franz arrived.
He came trotting on a steed, searching for a lost memory.
As he sets foot on their land, she felt a chill run down her spine.
She peered out her window, she saw this man with dangling hair.
The sound of her voice made him look towards the house.
Their eyes met before, a thousand years or more ago.
Their spirits coalesce, intruded by an unknown sense.
Asmodeus clasped unto their connection like a parasite.
As they walked towards the mountain, affection and emotions overcame her.
Contrary to the walls she built so cold, floodgates opened when she peered into his eyes.
Yet Asmodeus dragged her away from his gaze before she fell too deep.
.... So, the ancient one, whispered stench and lies to her innermost thoughts
She truly felt a sense of lust for this handsome man, yet pride showed its ugly head.
(Eliza said to Franz:)
“If you want my hand in eternal love.
You must climb the highest peaks of this mountain that stands before you
You must retrieve that red flower and bring it to me.”
Without hesitation he accepts her wish, kisses her hand then gallops away.
That night in his dreams he saw a ghostly figure in white, drifting over the mountain as he wakes up in ghastly fear ....

The Netherlands black metal masters return with a bombastic and symphonic masterpiece, taking on the Frankensteins' monster tale with their own sadistic twist.
Razor sharp guitars and machine gun blast beats mix perfectly with synths to create something beautifully melancholic and horrific. Abyssius Murkraken

The album as a whole is great, but the title track is phenomenal--one of the best melodic metal songs I've ever heard. 和美's ethereal voice is the perfect complement to vvildr's growling vocals and masterful instrumentation. More, please! Malcolm McCrimmon
